Introduction

The International Women’s Coffee Alliance Vietnam (IWCA Vietnam), established on October 1, 2019 by Detech Coffee’s social impact department.

IWCA Vietnam was formed on the belief that social development is linked to the appreciation of labor and innovation across the entire value chain. We take pride in being a source of empowerment and knowledge for women, helping them confidently move forward on the path of improving their quality of life.

MISSION

Our passion is directed towards improving the economic lives of women, especially ethnic minority women in the coffee industry. Since its establishment, IWCA Vietnam has continuously supported and accompanied over 650 female farmers in Son La, turning the coffee story into a journey of positive change.

VISION

IWCA Vietnam is a member of the International Women’s Coffee Alliance network (IWCA Global). We are committed to empowering women in the workplace and promoting sustainable quality of life in Vietnam’s coffee industry.
