Mrs. Ngoc Anh is a modern, independent woman with a passionate love for Vietnamese coffee. After years of working in Vietnam and abroad, witnessing the development of the world, Mrs. Ngoc Anh has grown to love and sympathize more with the plight of hardworking Vietnamese women.
Therefore, she has always been preoccupied with one question: “What can be done to improve the livelihoods of underprivileged Vietnamese women?” Finally, she has decided to establish IWCA Vietnam, a non-profit social enterprise organization. IWCA Vietnam operates with the primary mission of improving the livelihoods of women in all sectors of the coffee industry in Vietnam.

Having endured many hardships, Mrs. Dao Kim Chung aspires more than anyone else to fulfill her dream of helping women achieve fuller and more stable lives. With a warm heart, a love for coffee, and profound compassion, Mrs. Kim Chung has been one of the primary co-founders of IWCA Vietnam.

Mrs. Le Thi Hang was born and raised in Vietnam. Therefore, she possesses some of the most authentic and insightful perspectives into the lives of Vietnamese women. She consistently understands and empathizes with the hardships that women face. She plays a significant role in proposing the most appropriate steps for IWCA Vietnam to assist more and more women.
