The Winter of Love campaign is a fundraising initiative organized by IWCA Vietnam in collaboration with its partners. The program aims to support the community of autistic children and female coffee farmers in ethnic minority communities facing difficult living conditions during winter.

OVERVIEW OF THE PROGRAM “WINTER OF LOVE”
We are fortunate to live peaceful and fulfilling lives, but within our communities, there are disadvantaged folks that do not have the same access to resources as we do:
Many children with autism come from families facing significant financial and social challenges. Limited access to education and support services often prevents them from fully pursuing their aspirations. Despite these obstacles, they continue to demonstrate remarkable resilience, determination, and the ability to make meaningful contributions to their communities.
At the same time, thousands of women coffee farmers in Vietnam’s coffee-growing regions face persistent challenges in building sustainable livelihoods. Deep-rooted gender stereotypes and unequal access to resources often prevent them from benefiting from agricultural training, modern farming technologies, land ownership, financial opportunities, and recognition for their vital contributions to the coffee value chain.
Driven by a commitment to creating positive change, IWCA Vietnam launched the Winter of Love & Share 2021 campaign to support autistic children and women coffee farmers from ethnic minority communities.
